SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped from our facilities in Guangdong, China, with Guangzhou Port as the nearest seaport.

For orders under 100,000 pcs, production typically takes 30–35 days after sample approval and payment confirmation, plus 1 additional week for quality inspection. (Lead times may be longer around the Chinese New Year period, so please reconfirm with our sales team before placing your order.)

We pack all foam pumps and foam bottles carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

2. Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped by sea freight, either LCL or FCL.
If you need part of your order urgently, air freight is available via Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.
Pre-production samples and mass-production samples are shipped by express courier.

3. Estimated Transit Times
Transit time for sea freight vary by destination ports. Our sales team will be happy to provide an estimated delivery time based on your location.

4. Packaging & Protection
Our packaging is designed for export safety and stability:

Foam Bottles:
Each bottle is individually bagged and neatly packed into cartons lined with protective plastic bag. (See pictures below)

Foam Pumps:
We offer three packaging options (See pictures below):
 · A. Bulk Pack – Pumps packed in bulk inside a big plastic bag then into an export carton (standard option).
 · B. Layer Pack – Pumps placed in order on foam trays, stacked, protected by a big plastic bag, and then carton-packed; recommended for pumps with customized finishes (matte, metallized, etc.).
 · C. Individually Bagged – Each pump is individually bagged and then bulk- or layer-packed into cartons lined with protective plastic bag; used when individual packaging is required.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
 

Our common price terms are FOB Guangzhou (default) and CIF (upon request). Under both terms, the buyer is responsible for local import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and any related fees at the destination.

We provide complete export documentation, including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin (if required).

6. Insurance
 · Under the FOB term, international cargo insurance should be arranged by the buyer. Although we pack carefully and work with reliable carriers, standard shipping insurance is not automatically included. We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance to protect your shipment.
 · Under the CIF term, we will arrange and include international cargo insurance for you.

7. Shipment Tracking
Once your goods are shipped, we will provide:
 · Bill of Lading (for sea freight)

 · Goods photoes (for LCL cargo) (See pictures below)
 · Loading photos and container sealing photos (for FCL cargo) (See pictures below)
Cargo tracking service can be requested directly from your freight forwarder.

8. Returns & Damage Claims
Please inspect all goods within 48 hours of receipt.

If you notice any damage, shortages, or missing items, document the issue with photos of the packaging, products, and shipping labels, and notify us immediately.

Damage claims are typically submitted to the carrier or insurance provider, and we will fully support you with the necessary documentation.
