INTRODUCTION

Today we would like to introduce one of our new products, the All-Plastic Fine Mist Sprayer. It is a recyclable sprayer that delivers a good user experience. SUSTAINABILITY

For a long time, it's been accepted as common sense that cosmetic dispensers like sprayers cannot be recycled.

However, with this All-Plastic mist sprayer coming out, that is not true anymore.

CONVENTIONAL SPRAYER

Conventional sprayers are indeed difficult to recycle. They are usually made from multiple materials, including plastics, metal, glass, rubber, etc. All these parts are integrated into a complex mechanism, making the process of separating and sorting out the recycling materials too complicated and costly. This poses a major challenge for sprayers to be recycled.

ALL-PLASTIC SPRAYER

Now, with our All-Plastic mist sprayer, we have successfully reduced the materials to just two types: PP and PE. Both are plastic and more specifically, both are polyolefin, which allows the sprayer to be recycled as a whole.

BENEFITS

By using this innovative product, sprayers will no longer be a recycling problem. They'll shake off their fate of ending up in landfills or incineration, but be recycled to go back to our economy and daily lives. What a wonderful little creation!

Delightful User Experience

Using a plastic part to replace the metal spring in a sprayer, one of the biggest challenges is how to match the user experience.

CHALLENGES

This replacement part has to be strong enough to pump the product out in full dosage swiftly and steadily. And yet it also needs to be flexible enough, otherwise, the sprayer will be too hard and rigid to use.

At the same time, as an atomizer, the quality of the mist is also essential to the user experience.

To all these challenges, we are proud to say that our All-Plastic fine mist sprayer has responded excellently.

FINE MIST

The mist it produces is so fine and soft (testing with water). Spraying onto the face at arm-distance, you would only feel the cooling sensation brought by the mist, and the face gets moisturized properly. There will be no harsh droplets slashing onto the face, or extra fluid flowing down making a mess.

HAND FEEL OF USAGE

The force of pressing the head is close to that of a conventional extra-fine mist sprayer, with a smooth and flexible hand feel.

The gentle fine mist and the comfortable hand feeling deliver a delightful user experience, which makes it suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and personal care products such as,
