1. What types of cosmetic packaging do you offer?

We specialize in foam pumps and foam bottles for cosmetic and personal care applications. Our range includes:

2. How are your foam pumps different from those of other suppliers?

· Outer-spring design: Prevents the formula from contacting the metal spring, eliminating contamination and rust risks. - Most foam pumps in the market use inner-spring designs with which the product touches the spring.

· High air-to-liquid ratio: Our 0.8cc foamers are with a 14:1 ratio (market standard is 10:1), delivering richer, finer foam.

· Leakage-free performance: High-precision molds ensure tight sealing and reduce leakage issues during transport and use.

2. Can I customize my own foamer bottle?
Absolutely. Customization is one of our strengths as a specialized foam pump bottle supplier. We offer:
 · Coloring: Custom colors available for bottles, foam pumps, and overcaps using physical samples or Pantone codes.
 · Printing: Silk screen printing and hot stamping on bottles, pumps, and caps.

3. Do you have any stock?
No, we do not sell stocks. All products are made to order, tailored to your specific requirements. Every shipment consists of freshly produced goods.

4. Can I work with PartnerPkg to develop custom molds?
   Yes.

 · PET & HDPE foam bottles: We can create new bottle molds according to your shape requirements. Mold costs depend on cavity numbers. Lead time is typically ~45 days from drawing approval to first samples.

 · Foam pumps & overcaps: We can add your logo to existing molds or develop new tooling. Costs and lead times vary—please don't hesitate to contact our sales team for details.

5. How do you pack the foam pumps and foam bottles?

 · Foam bottles: Each bottle is individually bagged, then placed in order into a carton lined with a protective plastic bag.

 · Foam pumps: Three packing options are available:
   A. Bulk pack: Pumps packed in bulk inside a lined export carton (standard option).
   B. Layer pack: Pumps arranged on foam trays, stacked, and carton-packed—recommended for foamers with customized finishes (matte, metallized, etc.).
   C. Individually bagged: Each pump is bagged, then bulk packed—used when individual packaging is required.

6. How soon can I expect a response?

We reply within 24 hours.

Messages sent late on Friday will be answered the following Monday.

7. Can you provide foam pump bottle samples for free?

Yes. We offer free samples for most foam pumps and foam bottles shown on our website, subject to availability. The samples are free of charge; customers only need to cover the shipping cost.

8. Can I see a printed sample based on my design before placing a mass order?

Yes. We can produce custom-colored and printed samples according to your design. A sample fee is applied to cover production and handling costs, and lead time is usually 2–3 weeks. Please don't hesitate to contact our sales team for details.

9. How do you maintain quality?

 1) In-process quality control: We use automated testing equipment to check key functions of our foam pumps, including airtightness (leak-free), back-flow performance (smooth dispensing), and mesh quality (foam performance). Each pump is also dusted and manually inspected before packing.

 2) Pre-shipment inspection: Every order goes through QC inspection before shipping. A Quality Inspection Report is provided for your records.

10. How do I know if my product is compatible with the foam pump bottle?

Foam pump bottles made of PET, PP, and PE have broad compatibility with personal care and cosmetic formulas. However, we strongly recommend testing with your own product before ordering. In addition to checking foam performance and leakage, please test the compatibility and stability with the formula.

For your reference, our foam pump bottles are commonly used for: face wash, hand wash, body wash, shampoo, makeup removers, self-tanning products, dish and bottle detergents, and pet wash products.

11. How should I choose between PET & HDPE foam bottles?

The Short Answer:

Default to PET. It offers reliable performance and excellent design versatility for most foaming products.

Switch to HDPE only if your project requires:

- Surface finish: You prefer a natural, soft matte-like glow.

- Shape: A curved silhouette or ergonomic shape is needed.

- Acid-based Formulas: Your formula contains acids (AHA/BHA) or specialized active ingredients.

Note: These guidelines are for reference only. Compatibility and stability testing is essential to ensure your unique formula performs perfectly with the chosen material prior to production.

Order

1. What is the normal minimum order quantity?
To maintain high production standards and cost-efficiency, we operate with the following MOQ guidelines:

1. Full Customization: 10,000 units per design. This includes full access to custom colors, printing, hot stamping, and metalization etc.

2. Low-MOQ Startups: We offer a flexible policy of 5,000 units per design for emerging brands. Note: This applies to most of our PET foam bottles in standard White, Clear, or Black only, with 1–2 color silk screen printing.

2. What is the lead time for make-to-order?
For orders under 100,000 pcs, production typically takes about 30~35 days, plus one additional week for quality inspection.
Lead time may be longer around the Chinese New Year period. Please confirm with our sales team before placing an order.

3. What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit (T/T) is required upon confirmation of the sales contract, with the balance paid before shipment.
For orders under USD 3,000, we recommend full payment in advance to reduce bank charges.

4. What price terms do you offer?
We typically quote FOB Guangzhou. If you require other terms, please let us know when sending your inquiry.

5. What is your standard order process?
Here is our standard order process for your reference:
 · Inquiry – Send us your requirements; we’ll recommend suitable foam pumps or foam bottles and quote accordingly.
 · Sending stock sample – For checking bottle shape, basic quality, and foam performance with your formula.
 · Making a custom sample – After the artwork is ready, we produce a customized sample for your approval.
 · Compatibility & stability testing – Test with your formula to ensure performance.
 · Place order
 · Production & shipping – Once goods are ready, we coordinate with your forwarder for delivery.
 · Shipping documents – After vessel departure, we send the invoice, packing list, B/L, and any required documents.
 · After-sales support – If you have any questions after receiving the goods, we’re always here to help.

Sustainability

1. Do you offer sustainable options for foam pumps and foam bottles?
Yes. We provide two types of sustainable solutions:
1) PCR foam pump bottles: Both the foam pump and the PET bottle can be produced with PCR materials.
2) All-Plastic foam pumps: All our 0.8cc foam pumps are available in an All-Plastic (metal-free) version.

2. What is an All-Plastic Foam Pump?
1) An All-Plastic foam pump contains no metal spring. It is made entirely from plastic and can be recycled. Regular foam pumps contain metal springs, which makes disassembly and recycling quite challenging.
2) Our All-Plastic foam pump uses four types of plastic, with PP accounting for more than 90% of the total weight.
3) It features an upgraded structure that delivers stronger leak-proof performance and can handle harsher environments and more aggressive formulas than regular foam pumps.
4) All our 0.8cc foam pumps (neck sizes 43mm and 40mm) can be produced in the All-Plastic version.

3. What are PCR plastics?
PCR stands for Post-Consumer Recycled.
PCR plastics come from recycled plastic waste. Using PCR helps reduce the use of single-use plastics, lower carbon impact, and conserve resources.
Both our foam pumps and PET foam bottles can be produced with certified PCR materials.
